On May 18, 2022, the 8th Member Congress of Shandong Information Industry Association was held in Jinan. Sun Zhiheng, founder of Shandong Information Industry Association and former Secretary of the Party Group of Shandong Economic and Information Technology Commission; Zhu Youqin, Chairman of Shandong Information Industry Association and Economic Management Director of Dazhong Press Group; Cao Maoyong, member of the Party Committee and Vice president (Vice president) of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences); Liu Peide, chairman of Shandong Electronics Society, Dean of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and more than 130 members of the online representatives attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Gao Yang, Secretary-General of Shandong Information Industry Association, and voted to elect members of the eighth Council and leadership team. Cao Maoyong, member of the Party Committee and vice president (Vice president) of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences), was elected chairman of the 8th Council of the Association, Yang Baoxing, chairman of Jinan Holishi Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. was elected chief supervisor, and Gao Yang, Secretary-General of Shandong Information Industry Association, was re-elected Secretary-General.
